General Terms and Conditions of Service
1. Reservation Confirmation
1.1. Your booking will be confirmed once you receive the confirmation email for the pre-booking you made on our website.
1.2. Aura Taxi Transfers reserves the right to modify or cancel a booking in case of unforeseen circumstances.
1.3. We recommend that you carefully review all the details before confirming your booking. If you notice any errors, you can contact us at info@aurataxitransfers.com.
2. Prices and Payment Methods
2.1. Fares will be calculated according to the type of service requested and will be clearly displayed during the booking process.
2.2. Payment can be made directly to the driver, in cash or by credit or debit card.
2.3. The service fee must be paid upon arrival at your destination.
2.4. Services provided at night will incur an additional surcharge of €5.00.
3. Cancellations and Modifications
3.1. If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must do so at least 12 hours before the service begins.
3.2. Cancellations made after this deadline or customer absence may incur additional charges, in accordance with our current policy.
4. Safety and Punctuality
4.1. We are committed to providing a safe and high-quality service, complying with all current transport regulations.
4.2. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control (such as traffic, weather conditions, or flight disruptions).
4.3. An operational margin of up to 30 minutes is allowed from the scheduled pickup time due to external factors.
5. Data Protection
5.1. The personal data provided during the booking will be used solely to ensure the proper provision of the service and will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Waiting at the Airport
6.1. If there is a delay in baggage claim, we offer a one-hour grace period from the time of landing.
6.2. After this time, a surcharge of €15 will be applied for each additional hour or fraction thereof.
7. Meeting Point with the Driver
7.1. Upon arrival at Malaga Airport, your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals area with a sign bearing your name.
7.2. If you are unable to locate your driver, please contact our emergency number immediately: +34 665 675 585. Our team is available to assist you.
7.3. If you take another taxi without having contacted us beforehand, Aura Taxi Transfers will not be responsible for any resulting expenses.
