How can I make a return reservation to the airport?
When you start making the reservation, you will be asked in the first step if the transfer is one way or round trip, being able to indicate the date and time of the return transfer.
If for any reason you have only booked the outbound journey, you can contact us without any problem to book the return journey or make a new booking for the return trip through the website.
Pick-up Point
If we need to pick you up at Malaga Airport, as soon as you exit through the arrivals gate you will see your driver waiting for you with a sign bearing your name clearly visible. Don’t worry about anything: he will help you with your luggage and accompany you to the car.
And if your flight arrives early or is delayed, no problem. We monitor the schedules and the driver will be there as soon as you land.
That’s why it’s important that you provide your flight number when making your reservation. This will allow us to track your flight and ensure everything goes smoothly.
If the pickup address is different from the airport, we will simply go to the point you indicated on the form.
What is My Proof of Booking once the Reservation is Made?
When you complete your booking on our website, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your service. This email will serve as your proof of booking.
There’s no need to show it to the driver upon arrival; we will already have all the necessary information.
What should I Do if I Need a Baby Seat or a Booster Seat?
How Do I Make a Reservation Payment?
Once your trip is over and you arrive at your destination, you must pay the amount of the reservation to the driver, you can make the payment in cash in Euros or if you wish you can pay by credit card VISA, MASTER CARD, MAESTRO OR BIZUM.
What Happens if My Flight is Delayed?
Do not worry, our drivers will monitor the status of your flight at all times, if your flight is delayed you do not have to worry, the driver will be waiting for you promptly at the time your flight lands at Malaga airport. In case you suffer any delay, there will be NO extra cost.
Can I travel with a lot of luggage?
Yes, please let us know the amount of luggage when booking so we can assign you the appropriate vehicle.
